    7. Personnel - Certified Staff

    7.1 **Approve a one-year limited supplemental contract as per approved supplemental salary schedule to the following personnel for extra-curricular activities pending completion of all State and Board requirements including favorable background checks.

    7.2 **Approve the following teacher contracts, as stated beginning with the 2022-2023 school year, as per approved salary schedule, pending certification and completion of all State and Board requirements.

    7.4 Approve a 3% salary increase for the 2022-2023 school year for the following administrative positions:

    Director of Student Services                Director of Curriculum and Assessment

    High School Principal                           Middle School Principal

    High School Associate Principal          Athletic Director


    7.5 ** Addendum Item ** Approve the Rate of Pay of $27.00 per hour for the Local Professional Development Committee (LPDC).

    7.6 ** Addendum Item ** Approve an Administrative Contract effective August 1, 2022 for Sheryl Hernandez, for 220 days, beginning at $106,354.00 for the 2022-2023; 2023-2024; and 2024-2025 school years. Increases to be determined annually.

    8. Personnel - Classified Staff

    Sheryl Bryant - Bus Monitor, Central Office Secretary, Educational Aide, Food Service Assistant, and Building Secretary (when Renhill schedule does not conflict)

    Olive Smith - Central Office Secretary and Building Secretary

     

     


    8.3 Accept the resignation for the purpose of retirement for Loretta Green, food service assistant, effective October 1, 2022 and authorize the Treasurer to pay any severances due.

    9. Business

    9.1 Accept the following donations as stated:

    Bucyrus City School District Staff Scholarship Fund  $ 280.00
     


    9.2 Approve Vended Meal Contract for Catapult (Alternate School Food Authority), as per Exhibit.

    9.3 Lunch Prices for 2022 - 2023 as per Exhibit.

    9.4 Deem current Bucyrus City School Board Members, in addition to all Board-approved employees, as drivers of Bucyrus City School District owned vehicles.

    9.5 Approve BSS Student / Parent Handbook 2022-2023, as per Exhibits.

    9.6 Approve FY23 Temporary Appropriations (Fund Level) as per Exhibit.

    9.7 Approve the following reports for submission to the Crawford County Auditor in Accordance with the Ohio Revised Code, as per Exhibits.

    9.8 ** Addendum Item ** Approve the purchase of Branching Minds software to assist with the district's RTI / MTSS, as per Attachment A.

    9.9 ** Addendum Item ** Approve the Overnight Camp for the Volleyball Team July 18-20, 2022 at Mason, Ohio.

    9.10 ** Addendum Item ** Approve the purchase of Open Court structured literacy program for Grades K-5, as per Attachment B.
