    9.3 Approve the updated Crawford County Transition Initiative effective August 1, 2023 – July 31, 2025 as per Exhibit J.

    LOCAL INTERAGENCY AGREEMENT for Transition of Students with Disabilities to the Workforce, Original Implementation: August 1, 2019; Effective dates: August 1, 2023 – July 31, 2025


    9.4 Approve the Service Agreement with MOESC for 2023-2024 school year as defined per Exhibit K.

    Service Agreement Between Mid-Ohio Educational Service Center Governing Board and Bucyrus City Schools Board of Education Pursuant to R.C. 331113.845 for the 2023-2024 School Year.  


    9.5 Approve the Interagency Agreement with Head Start for 2023-2024 school year per Exhibit L.

    9.6 Approve MOU with Head Start for 2023-2024 school year as per Exhibit M.

    9.7 Approve Service Agreement with High Road School of Bucyrus for 2023-2024 school year as defined per Exhibit N.

    MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT between Specialized Education of Ohio, Inc. and Bucyrus City Schools for RSY & ESY of 2023-2024 at High Road School of Bucyrus.


    9.8 Approve the Food Service Compliance Report for the School Year 2022-2023 per Exhibit O.

    9.9 Approve the suggested pricing for School Lunches for 2023-2024 School Year per Exhibit P.

    9.10 Approve revisions to the Bucyrus Elementary Handbook for 2023-2024 school year as per Exhibits Q-S.

    9.20 Approve Vacating Bus #9

    Approve the abandonment of the bus #9 VIN 1T75T3B2XP1115709.  The approximate scrap value of the bus is $1,500.00.  Upon approval and removal, the Treasurer will notify the district's insurance carrier of the vehicle's disposition.


    10. Accept the following donations as stated as per Exhibit KK.

    Bucyrus City School District Staff Scholarship Fund  $607.17
