Extensive repairs at BES that were estimated after walk-through with GPD Group at $250,000 for the uppper level.
District received an extra $218,000 in FY15 for Medicaid reimbursement due to a paperwork issue back in 2004/2005.
Update on H.B. 64 (new Ohio budget), along with written report on plan for cash balance policy intial steps.

An update was provided on the status of the Crawford County Success Center, as this will provide an opportunity for Crawford County to offer post-secondary education for the first time in a very long time.

Superintendent's Report

Welcomed Ms. Deitzel as our new elementary principal. She was one of thirty applicants for the position. She is orignially from Florida, and this will provide us some good insight on educational trends, as Florida is a few years ahead of Ohio in the education realm.
Very busy June - three year cycle of Ohio Improvement Process is up. ELA, Math - climate anc culture - Leader in me program is on the agenda this evening for approval.
Community connectors grant - some good news on, and we are in the final cut. Asked all to resubmit. Year to year funding versus a three year budget.
Two days of training crisis management training June 22nd and 23rd. This is part of developing an emergency plan for State of Ohio. 29 people from the community attended to learn about what happens in a crisis.
Mr. Stone explained the contract for the new website on the agenda for approval this evening.
Cutting smoke signals cost by 2/3rd - dropping by about $4,000 to help offset the cost of this website.
