Public Participation
Minutes
Parents voiced concern on moving the date of graduation and suggested that one alternative might be to move the ceremony to an earlier time.

Discussion
Graduation 2023
Minutes
Mr. Britton and the Board of Education discussed the situation with the regional track final the potential impact on graduation.
It was discussed that this issue would be stopped moving forward by shifting back to a Sunday graduation.
A motion was made by Morgan Jones and Seconded by Randy Blankenship for the following:
Graduation will be held Friday May 26, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. Dr. Singh and Mr. Britton will work to set a time and date for any student that is adversely affected, i.e: participating in the Regional Track and Field finals, to provide them a separate graduation ceremony on an alternate date and time.
The vote was as follows:
