    7. Personnel - Certified Staff
    7.1 Approve a three year administrative contract for Lonetta Porinchok at Student Services Director as per Exhibit A.
    7.2 Authorize the hiring of Jessica H. Truck as Middle School Guidance Counselor upon completion of all State and Board requirements, including favorable background check, and salary pending the approval of the BEA negotiated agreement.
    7.3 Approve the following certified contract extensions.

    7.4 Approve a one-year limited supplemental contract as per approved supplemental salary schedule to the following personnel for extra-curricular activities pending completion of all State and Board requirements including favorable background checks.

    Lori Rister - BES Home Instruction Tutor per the BEA agreement. 

    7.5 Resignation.

    Approve the resignation of Kayli McCullough as Middle School Social Studies teacher effective at the end of the 2022 - 2023 school year, per Exhibit B.

    7.6 Approve the Substitute Teacher List from the North Central Ohio Educational Service Center, as per Exhibit C.

    Approve the ongoing updated list of certificated / licensed substitutes, screened / hired through the North Central Ohio ESC, who have named Bucyrus as the employing district, and authorize the District Treasurer to pay the substitutes on the North Central Ohio ESC list between meetings.

    8.1 Approve the following classified staff contract extensions.

    8.2 Employ Alyssa C. Burcher as the Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent effective April 24, 2023 pending completion of all State and Board requirements, including a favorable background check, to be paid per the central office salary schedule.
    8.3 Approve the employee status changes for the following Classified Personnel.

    Marianne Markley, a lateral change, from the Middle School Secretary to a Secondary School Secretary effective April 21, 2023.

    Frances Swavel, Secondary Secretary, from a 189 day employee to a 260 day employee effective April 3, 2023.

     

    8.4 Accept the resignations for the purpose of retirement of the following Classified employees and authorize the Treasurer to pay any severances due.

    Julia Cotsamire, educational aide, effective August 1, 2023.

    Janet Stuckman, food service employee, effective June 1, 2023

    Recommend to approve the Tentative Agreement between the Bucyrus City Schools Board of Education and the Bucyrus Education Association as per Exhibit H.

    9.3 Approve Neola Board Policies, Administrative Guidelines, and Forms previously discussed at the Regular Board Meeting held on Thursday, March 16, 2023.

    9.6 Approve 2023-2024 Student Accident Insurance Program with Guarantee Trust Life Insurance Company, as per Exhibit K.

    9.8 Approve request for Early Completion of Graduation Requirements as per Exhibit M.
    9.9 Approve the following, in addition to all Board-approved employees, as drivers of Bucyrus City School District owned vehicles.
