    7. Personnel - Certified Staff
    7.1 Approve the Substitute Teacher List from the North Central Ohio Educational Service Center, as per Exhibit.

    Approve the ongoing updated list of certificated / licensed substitutes, screened / hired through the North Central Ohio ESC, who have named Bucyrus as the employing district, and authorize the District Treasurer to pay the substitutes on the North Central Ohio ESC list between meetings.

    7.2 Approve Request for Family Medical Leave for the following:

    7.3 Accept the resignation for the purpose of retirement for Kimberly Haldeman, teacher, effective September 1, 2023, and authorize the Treasurer to pay any severances due.
    7.4 Approve a one-year limited supplemental contract as per approved supplemental salary schedule to the following personnel for extra-curricular activities pending completion of all State and Board requirements including favorable background checks.

    8. Personnel - Classified Staff
    8.1 Approve changes to Renhill Contract of Services, as per Exhibit.
    8.2 Approve a one-year limited supplemental contract as per approved supplemental salary schedule to the following personnel for extra-curricular activities pending completion of all State and Board requirements including favorable background checks.

    Jerry Hargis - Softball / Baseball Ground Maintenance

    8.3 Approve Request for Family Medical Leave for the following:

    8.4 Accept resignation from Marla Edington, Accounts Payable, effective April 6, 2023.
    8.5 Approve the Status Change for Justine Moodespaugh from BSS Secretary to Central Office Accounts Payable, effective March 13, 2023, as per Exhibit.
    8.6 Accept the resignation of Scott Gifford, Boys Basketball Coach.
    9. Business
    9.1 Accept the following donations as stated:

    Bucyrus City School District Staff Scholarship Fund  $ 279.40

    Kip Kinn  $800.00

    9.2 Approve 3 Service Contracts with META Solutions, as per Exhibits.
    9.3 Approve the 2023 - 2024 School Year Calendar to move Graduation from Friday, May 24, 2024, to Sunday, May 26, 2024, at 2pm, as per Exhibit.
    9.4 Approve Quote for Roofing Repairs to the Walk Tread at BSS, per Exhibit.
    9.5 Approve Varsity Volleyball Team Camp Overnight Trip, as per Exhibit.
    9.6 Approve Vacating Bus 22

    Approve the abandonment of the bus #22 VIN #1T7HT3B2XX1072177.  The approximate scrap value of the bus is $1,500.00.

    Upon approval and removal, the Treasurer will notify the district's insurance carrier of the vehicle's disposition.

    9.7 Approve College Credit Plus Agreement with Marion Technical College, as per Exhibit.
    9.8 Approve College Credit Plus Agreement with North Central State College, as per Exhibit.
    9.9 Approve Resolution to Contract with Mid Ohio Educational Service Center July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2025, as per Exhibit.
    9.10 Approve Kindergarten Screening Dates of August 2, 3, and 4, 2023, for the 2023-2024 School Year.
    9.11 Approve 2023-2024 Preschool Screening Dates of May 25 and 26; and August 1 and 2, 2023.
