    6.1 Approve Neola Board Policy 8450.01 Facial Coverings as previously reviewed at the August 20, 2020 Board Meeting (second reading).

    6.2 Restart Addendum

    Approve the following provision for the 2020-2021 Restart Plan approved August 20, 2020: Beginning August 31, the District will operate under the Level 1 (yellow) format for 2 weeks regardless if the status changes to Level 2 (orange) or Level 3 (red).  This is to provide teachers enough time to assess the learning levels of students, establish relationships with students, update demographic information and gather connectivity and computer availability data in preparation for remote or hybrid learning formats.

    6.3 Authorize the Treasurer to create fund 509 "Title IV, Part B 21st Century Learning Center CFDA 84.287" as per Auditor of State.
    6.4 Approve the installation of Cold Plasma Ionizers at BSS and BES, and paid for out of Fund 510 (CRF) as per Exhibits A, B, C, D, and E (Tabled from August 20, 2020 Regular Board Meeting).
