    6.1 Board Report

    7. Personnel - Certified Staff

    7.1 Accept the resignation for the purpose of retirement for Rhonda Shifley, Grade 2 Teacher, effective August 1, 2020, and authorize the Treasurer to pay any severances due.

    7.2 Approve the following teacher contract, as stated beginning with the 2020-2021 school year, as per approved salary schedule, pending certification and completion of all State and Board requirements.

    7.3 Accept the resignation of Kelly Conn, BSS Guidance Counselor, effective August 31, 2020.

    7.4 Approve a one-year limited supplemental contract as per approved supplemental salary schedule to the following personnel for extra-curricular activities pending completion of all State and Board requirements including favorable background checks.

    8.1 Approve a one-year supplemental contract, as per approved supplemental salary schedule to the following for extra-curricular activities:

    9.1 Accept the Following Donations as Stated:

    Staff Scholarship:     $321.00 (which includes $25 from Chuck and Mary Scott as a Memorial Donation for Christine Reichenbach Lewis).


    9.2 Approve the May 2020 Five Year Forecast, as per Exhibit A.

    9.3 Approve the 2020-2021 BSS Student Parent Handbook, as per Exhibits B, C, and D.

    9.4 Approve the 2020-2021 Athletic Handbook, as per Exhibit E.

    9.5 Approve Bowling Clinic, as per Exhibit F.

    9.6 Approve The Ohio School Plan as the District Insurance Carrier for the period of 7/1/2020 through 6/30/2021, as per Exhibit G.

    9.7 Approve the FY21 NCOESC (Spring Estimate) Contract, as per Exhibit H.

    9.8 Approve Agreement with NWEA, as per Exhibit I.

    9.9 Approve a Memorandum of Understanding with the Bucyrus Education Association regarding evaluations and the Districts Distance Learning Plan for 2019 -2020, as per Exhibit J.

    9.10 Approve Technical Service Agreement, as per Exhibit K.
