    7.1 Approve the Substitute Teacher List from the North Central Ohio Educational Service Center, as per Exhibit A.
    7.2 Accept resignation of Matt Makeever, Head Football Coach.
    7.3 Approve a one-year limited supplemental contract as per approved supplemental salary schedule to the following personnel for extra-curricular activities pending completion of all State and Board requirements including favorable background checks.

    8.1 Approve Request for Family Medical Leave for the following:

    Kelly Schifer:  November 6, 2019 through December 1, 2019

    8.2 Employ the following on a substitute basis, as per approved salary schedule, for the 2019-2020 school year, pending completion of all State and Board requirements, including a favorable background check:

    Jeffrey Evans:  Custodian and Food Service Assistant

    Harley Shaum:  Educational Aide

     

    8.3 Accept the resignation of John Supon, Girls Tennis Coach.
    8.4 Accept the resignation of Jill Burling, Head Volleyball Coach.
    8.5 Approve a one-year limited supplemental contract as per approved supplemental salary schedule to the following personnel for extra-curricular activities pending completion of all State and Board requirements including favorable background checks.

    Josh Stratton - Assistant JV Baseball Coach

    9. Business
    9.1 Accept the following donations as stated:

    Bucyrus City School District Staff Scholarship Fund  $ 305.00

    King Tuba purchased using the Shannon Byrum Memorial  $3,000.00 with an additional $ 550.00 being donated by the Band Parents


     

    9.2 Approve Field Trip Request for Players / Show Choir, as per Exhibit B.
    9.3 Approve Field Trip Request for Honors Trip, as per Exhibit C.
    9.4 Approve the updated Amended Certificate of Revenue and Appropriations for FY20, as per Exhibits D and E.
    10. Discussion
