    12.4 Approve Preschool Sliding Tuition Scales for Half Day and Full Day Preschool Programs, as per Exhibit E.

    12.5 Approve Purchase Order 88416 Variance, as per Exhibit F.

    Approve variance of $55,143.24 on purchase order 88416 to cover payment of Renhill employees.


    12.6 Approve Resolution Authorizing Membership in the Ohio High School Athletic Association for the 2018-2019 school year.

    12.7 Approve Outdoor Advertising Display Agreement with Lind Media Company, as per Exhibit G.

    12.8 Approve Contract with Crawford County Public Health for Nursing Services during Kindergarten and PreSchool Screenings, as per Exhibit H.

    Authorize Treasurer to enter into a contract with Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc, for replacement of the Central Office roof in an amount not to exceed $410,000.

    Additional work not described in the above statement of work shall be performed at the following additional unit rates:

    Additional wet insulation replacement:  $7.50 per square foot

    Wood blocking replacement:  $5.00 per linear foot

    Drain replacement per drain:  $1,200.00 each
