    8.1 Approve a one-year limited supplemental contract, as per approved supplemental salary schedule, to the following personnel, for extra-curricular activities, pending completion of all State and Board requirements for the 2017-2018 school year.

    8.3 Approve the Administrator Salary Schedule, as per Exhibit A, tabled from May 25, 2017 Board Meeting.

    8.4 Approve the following teacher contract, as stated beginning with the 2017-2018 school year, as per approved salary schedule, pending certification and completion of all State and Board requirements.

    9.1 Approve a one-year limited supplemental contract, as per approved supplemental salary schedule, to the following personnel, for extra-curricular activities, pending completion of all State and Board requirements, including a favorable background check:

    9.2 Approve changes to Renhill Contract of Services, as per Exhibit B.

    9.3 Approve the following as accounts payable associate with a contract start date of August 1, 2017, and on a time sheet basis as needed in July 2017, as per approved salary schedule.

    10.1 Accept the following donations as stated:

    Bucyrus City School District Staff Scholarship Fund $ 295.00


    10.2 Approve Resolution Authorizing Membership in the Ohio High School Athletic Association for the 2017 - 2018 school year.

    10.3 Approve transfer of $3,512.87 from 200-9318 (Junior Class) to 018-9217 (Secondary), as per Exhibit C.

    10.4 Approve the following reports for submission to the Crawford County Auditor in Accordance with the Ohio Revised Code, as per Exhibits D, E, and F.

    10.5 Approve Physical Therapy Services Agreement with Mohican Rehabilitation Services, as per Exhibit G.

    10.6 Approve Agreement for Attendance Services with Steve Helbert, as per Exhibit H.

    10.7 Approve Agreement for Preschool Coordination Services with Robin Showers, as per Exhibit I.

    10.8 Approve Agreement for Community Relations and Marketing Services with Rock Solid Media, as per Exhibit J.

    10.9 Approve Renhill Educational Aide Salary Schedule for 2017-2018, as per Exhibit K.

    10.10 Approve Purpose Clause and Budgets for the following:

    Prom, High School Student Council, Yearbook, Sophomore Class, Bucyrus Players, BHS Speech / Drama, BHS Choir, Art Club, Middle School Art Club, Secondary Building Fund, Quiz Team, Middle School Student Council, Science Club, Freshmen Class, and Girls Boosters.


    10.11 Approve FY 18 On-Site Technical Services Agreement (Rent-a-Tech) with the Northwest Computer Association (NWOCA), as per Exhibit L.

    10.12 Approve the transfer of $50,000 from General Fund (001) to Lunchroom (006)

    Item 4.10 of the January 2017 organizational meeting allows transfers to be made with subsequent Board approval. Transfer was made on 6.9.17 in the amount of $50,000.00 to allow for compliance with ORC 5705.39 Estimated Resources Versus Appropriations and ORC 5705.41 Expenditures versus Appropriations.


    10.13 Approve Speech Language Pathology Agreement for Extended School Year (ESY) services with Avita, as per Exhibit M.

    10.14 Approve Amendment between Bucyrus City Schools and Sodexo, as per Exhibit N.

    10.15 Approve participation in year two of the TeachArtsOhio initiative with the Ohio Arts Council (OAC), as per Exhibit O.
