    10.3 Approve Master Service Agreement with High Road School of Bucyrus (SEIS) for 2026-2027 school year, as per Exhibit.
    10.4 Approve Individual Service Agreements with High Road School of Bucyrus (SEIS) for students attending 2026-2027 school year, as per Exhibits.
    10.5 Approved the following Service Agreement with MOESC for BASE (Building Academic into Structured Education) Training/ Support as per exhibit.
