    10. Business

    10.1 Approve the following reports for submission to the Crawford County Auditor in Accordance with the Ohio Revised Code, as per Exhibits

    10.2 Renew the agreement with Allerton Hill Communications for comprehensive communications consulting services for $5,500 per month from June 1,2026 through May 31, 2027, as per exhibit. 

    10.3 Approve the Municipal Advisory Services Agreement with Rockmill Financial Consulting, LLC for Financing Services Related to District Facilities Projects as per exhibit.

    10.4 Approve the following Licencing Agreement for NEOLA and designate selection of services and payment options as per exhibit.

    PACKAGE 1: Bylaws, Policies, and Administrative Guidelines Development

    Option #1 - Standary Payment $36,500.00 due and payable within thirty (30) days of receipt of an invoice from Neola following execution of this License Agreement.

    Option #2 - Extended Payment $36,500.00 in two (2) installments according to the following schedule:  

    • $18,250.00 due and payable within thirty (30) days of receipt of an invoice
    • $18,250.00 at twelve (12) months after the execution of this Agreement.

     PACKAGE 2: Bylaws and Policies Development

    Option #1 - Standard Payment  $22,000.00 due and payable within thirty (30) days of receipt of an invoice from Neola following execution of this License Agreement.

    Option #2 - Extended Payment  $22,000.00 in two (2) installments according to the following schedule: 

    • $11,000.00 due and payable within thirty (30) days of receipt of an invoice 
    • $11,000.00 at twelve (12) months after the execution of this Agreement.

     


    10.5 Approve The Ohio School Plan ad the district's insurance carrier effective 7/1/26-6/30/27 as per exhibits.

    10.6 Approve the Title IX Services Consulting Agreement with MOESC for August 1, 2026 and ending on July 31, 2027 as per exhibit. 

    10.7 Approve the renewal of the Agreement for Preschool Coordination Services with Robin Showers for the 2026-2027 school year as per exhibit.

    10.8 Approve the updated rates for Education Program services for students court placed at both the Juvenile Residential Center of Northwest Ohio (JRCNWO) and the Wood County Juvenile Detention Center (JDC) for 2026-2027 as per exhibit. 

    10.9 Approve the following contract for the Bucyrus Secondary School 2026-2027 school year with Marco Photography as per exhibit.

    10.10 Approve the following updates to student handbooks as per exhibits.
