Mr. Blankenship called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
All members were present. Mr. Cook was excused from the meeting.
Mr. Blankenship led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Mrs. Jones made the motion to approve the agenda. Ms. Bollinger seconded the agenda.
Motion passed 5-0
Ms. Bollinger made a motion to approve all item under #3. Mrs. Jones seconded the motion.
Motion Passed 5-0
Approve the resignation of Mrs. Debbie Musick as Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent effective April 1, 2023.
Recommend to approve the Administrative Assistant Services contract with Mrs. Lydia (Tena) Herman, per exhibit.
To consider the appointment; employment; dismissal; discipline; promotion; demotion; compensation of a public employee or official; or the investigation of charges/complaints against a public employee, official, licensee, or regulated individual (unless public hearing is requested), as per ORC § 121.22.
Mr. Redmon made a motion to go into executive session at 5:36 p.m. Mrs. Graves seconded the motion.

Ms. Bollinger made a motion to come out of Executive session at 6:21 p.m. Mrs. Jones seconded the motion.
Motion passed 5-0
Resolution to approve _________________________ to conduct the search for the new Treasurer of the Bucyrus City School District.
Mr. Blankenship made a recommendation to table the issue.
Mrs. Jones made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:22 p.m. Ms. Bollinger seconded the motion
