    7. Personnel - Certified Staff
    7.1 Approve the Substitute Teacher List from the North Central Ohio Educational Service Center, as per Exhibit.

    Approve the ongoing updated list of certificated / licensed substitutes, screened / hired through the North Central Ohio ESC, who have named Bucyrus as the employing district, and authorize the District Treasurer to pay the substitutes on the North Central Ohio ESC list between meetings.

    7.2 Accept the resignation for the purpose of retirement for Amy J. Hawkins, teacher, effective June 1, 2023, and authorize the Treasurer to pay any severances due.
    7.3 Approve a one-year limited supplemental contract as per approved supplemental salary schedule to the following personnel for extra-curricular activities pending completion of all State and Board requirements including favorable background checks.

    7.4 Employ John Seif as a School Security Officer, effective January 3, 2023, as per Exhibit.
    8. Personnel - Classified Staff
    8.1 Approve changes to Renhill Contract of Services, as per Exhibit.
    8.2 Approve Request for Family Medical Leave for the following:

    Julia Cotsamire:  September 29, 2022 through December 25, 2022

     

    8.3 Employ Joyce Barciz as a Food Service Assistant (3 hours per day / 5 days per week) beginning October 3, 2022 pending completion of all State and Board requirements, including a favorable background check.

     

     

    8.4 Employ the following on a substitute basis, as per approved salary schedule, for the 2022-2023 school year, pending completion of all State and Board requirements, including a favorable background check:

    Tammy Anders - Food Service Assistant

    Wendy Clark - Educational Aide, Food Service Assistant, Secretary, and Central Office

    8.5 Approve a one-year limited supplemental contract as per approved supplemental salary schedule to the following personnel for extra-curricular activities pending completion of all State and Board requirements including favorable background checks.

    Kyle Blankenship:  MS Wrestling Coach

    Kody Charlton:  Assistant Varsity Wrestling Coach

    Steven Gifford:  Assistant Varsity Boys Basketball Coach

    Rod Phillips:  Volunteer Wrestling Coach

    9. Business
    9.1 Accept the following donations as stated:

    Bucyrus City School District Staff Scholarship Fund  $ 270.00

    Sonic Spotlight Donation to High School Choir  $ 500.00
     

    9.2 Approve the BCS Band Program FY23 Budgetary Plan for New Instruments, as per Exhibit.
    9.3 Approve the Ratified Shared Services Agreement for Swim Coach with Wynford Local School District, as per Exhibit.
    9.4 Approve Resolution Accepting Amounts and Rates by Crawford County Budget Commission, as per Exhibit.
    9.5 Approve NCOESC FY 23 Fall Foundation Program Cost Estimates, as per Exhibit.
    9.6 Approve Behavior Consultation Services Agreement with Central Ohio Behavioral Consulting, as per Exhibit.
    9.7 Approve Enrollment Forms for Individual Students for the 2022-2023 School Year between Specialized Education of Ohio, Inc. and Bucyrus City School District.
    9.8 Approve Request for Early Completion of Graduation Requirements, as per Exhibit.
    9.9 Approve Field Trip Request, as per Exhibit.
    9.10 Approve the 2023 Medical Insurance Rates (effective 1.1.2023) as per Exhibit.
    9.11 Approve the October Five-Year Forecast, as per Exhibit.
