    10. Personnel - Certified Staff

    10.1 Approve a one-year limited supplemental contract as per approved supplemental salary schedule to the following personnel for extra-curricular activities pending completion of all State and Board requirements including favorable background checks.

    10.2 Accept resignation of Hannah Herring, effective November 7, 2018, from a two-year approved leave of absence.

    10.3 Approve the Substitute Teacher List from the Mid-Ohio Educational Service Center, as per Exhibit A.

    10.4 Approve Request for Family Medical Leave Act for the following:

    Katie Roesch:  November 14, 2018 to November 26, 2018

    Danica Schifer:  December 9, 2018 to February 1, 2019  (dates are tentative)

    Penny Stinnett:  October 24, 2018 through March 1, 2019 (intermittent leave)

     

     

     


    11. Personnel - Classified Staff

    11.1 Employ the following personnel on a substitute basis, as per approved salary schedule, for the 2018-2019 school year, pending completion of all State and Board requirements, including a favorable background check:

    Shaynie Kleinhoffer:  Food Service Assistant

    Genevie Tomblin:  Food Service Assistant
